My husband and I were both very impressed with each of our first experiences with Ronald Kohlbrand Family Dentistry, especially after having two recent poor experiences at other local dentists. Prior to, the receptionist I booked with (Cam, maybe?) returned my call promptly, was very on top of it and answered all of my screening questions, fit us both in within 2 weeks (both for a consultation and cleaning during the same visit), and was generally friendly and reassuring that we were in the right place. Upon arrival, the office is clean, the full lobby of waiting customers were worked in fairly quickly even during lunch hour, and the staff was very friendly, professional and obviously dedicated to their jobs. Dr. Allen evaluated me first was clearly knowledgeable, friendly, and did not push any upselling, though did provide options to my questions. They also used my previous X-rays/didn’t require new ones, given they weren’t even a year old. My hygienist had 26 years of experience and gave me an excellent thorough clean, while also being friendly and knowledgeable. My husband had a very similar experience after me and was quoted only $500 (after insurance) for the non-routine work he needed done, compared to the $2,200 quote he recently received at another local dentist! We are relieved to have found our new regular dentist! Thank you to the whole staff for such a great experience.
